Race course
Lantau: a Loop in South Lantau that starts and ends at Tung Chung. Transit via MTR to Lai King.
NT: Lai King – Yau Tong. Transit via MTR or shuttle bus to Quarry Bay.
HK: Quarry Bay – Kennedy Town.

賽程:
大嶼賽區:  
由大嶼山東涌出發, 一圈大嶼山後, 回到東涌乘坐港鐵往荔景, 轉往新界賽區.
新界賽區:  
由荔景往油塘, 轉乘港鐵, 巴士或其他交通工具往鰂魚涌, 轉往香港賽區.
香港賽區:  
由鰂魚涌往堅尼地城結束.

Dropbag

Midway Dropbag provided at N5 Taimoshan. Contents would be transported to H6 end point after use. 

 

中繼包

跑手可放置一個中繼包於N5 大帽. 使用中繼包後, 該包及其內物品將運往H6終點供領回.

Connection on crossing harbours 
Mandatory ny MTR, paid by runners' own Octopus Card. See here for connections.

If MTR is not running, runners can take the "N" buses (N619/N680/N691) at the Eastern Harbour Crossing bus station (right behind N10 Yau Tong), get off at the first station at "Island Place", then follow Organizer's instruction to walk 10 minutes to H0. Runners can also source own transportation (taxi, friend's support etc) . 

25mins for transit from L5 to N0 and 20mins from N10 to H0 would be automatically deducted for ALL runners regardless of actual time spent.

過海交通
必須以港鐵接駁, 跑手需以現金或八達通支付. 按此看接駁指南. 

於港鐵停止營運期間, 可於N10 油塘背後的東隧巴士站乘坐N巴士 (N619/N680/N691) 一站, 往港運城下車後，跟賽會指示步行約十分鐘到 H0．跑手亦可自行乘坐其他如的士或朋友接載等交通工具過海.  

所有跑手於過海期間, 不論實際車程需時, 將統一在比賽時間內由L5至N0扣除25分鐘, 及由N10至H0 扣除20分鐘之乘車時間.
